Our Story

Concrete, oak, and natural light.

Designed by Atelier Nord. Every chair faces the open kitchen, so the cooking is the only spectacle.

We opened in 2021 with a simple thesis: strip away the theatre and what remains must be perfect. No tablecloths, no playlist, no garnish that doesn't earn its place. Eight counter seats are released for walk-ins every night at five.
